Jon Ridler brings over 20 years of experience in chamber leadership and community development to his role as Executive Director of the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce. A recognized leader in the industry, Jon is an Accredited Chamber Executive (ACE)—a prestigious designation that demonstrates his commitment to excellence in chamber management.
Under Jon’s leadership, the Arlington Heights Chamber has expanded its programs, modernized its member services, and strengthened its role as a central connector in the business community. He has built lasting partnerships with local government, nonprofits, and educational institutions, always advocating for a strong, diverse local economy.
In addition to his role at the Chamber, Jon is the founder and CEO of Chamber Co-Op Inc., an innovative association management company that provides operational support to neighboring chambers while preserving their unique identities.
